Glass, metals, anodized, mill finished and coated aluminum. In compliance with Title 21 175.300 (incidental food contact). Special primers and top coats are available for increased flexibility and chemical resistance (see descriptions below).
Bake Dry: 300 F for 15 minutes / 350 F for 8 minutes/ 400F for 4 minutes / Flash-off 30 seconds at 500F. EP Series Ink will not air dry. EQUIPMENT: Batch oven with convection air or industrial conveyor dryer (non-textile) are preferred. IR panels may provide sufficient cure if belt will accommodate parameters above.
CudnerCote or other direct method emulsions, capillary films.

EP-301 Topcoat: For use over colors. Enhances chemical and abrasion resistance; approved for use in appliances. EP-304 Topcoat: For Non-Yellowing over white. EP-306: For formed parts, improves flexibility of subsequent colors. Simulated Etch for Glass*: EP-375
REDUCER: EP-360 Reducer. Retarder: Use 5-10% EP-321 Retarder to slow drying in screen. Flow Additive: Use 1-2% EP-320 to promote leveling. Catalyst: EP-350 Wash-Up: EP-310
