For exterior use. PE Series offers excellent adhesion and flexibility for metal applications. This high gloss formuladtion is also recommended for general OEM use, nameplates, automotive and equipment panels. Superior flexibility and chemical resistance. May be reduced for reverse roller coating, coil coating and spraying. |

Metal, anodized, mill finished and coated aluminum. In compliance with Title 21 CFR 175.300 (incidental food contact)
Bake Dry: 300°F for 15 minutes, 350°F for 8 minutes, 400°F for 4 minutes, Flash-off 30 seconds at 500°F
PE Series Inks will not air dry. Equipment: Batch oven with convection air or industrial conveyor dryer (non-textile) are preferred. IR panels may provide sufficient cure if belt will accomodate time-temperature parameters above.
Cudnor Cote or other direct method emulsions, capillary films.
260 to 355 mesh are generally recommended.
All types, 60 to 80 durometer.
Use PE-849
Reducer: Use PE-847 Flow Additive: Use 0.25 to 1% PE-845
Approximately 1200 to 1500 Sq. Ft./Gallon
