| SPG-8000 Series UV screen ink is specifically formulated for glass applications. The product shows a rich decorative finish with excellent adhesion properties. SPG-8000 series is used in the decorating application of gaming products, mirrors, indoor window and architectural glass. SPCC-1000 series concentrate system can be used with SPG-8000 extender base for mixing color and making stock color on demand. |

SPG-8000 series contains no Silicone and has excellent adhesion to glass surfaces. This product is specifically formulated for decorative flat glass products.
VC & SGV inks dry through solvent evaporation. Fresh Air volume is more of a factor in dry time then temperature. Force Dry: for high volume air dryer (3000-5000 cfm, equipped with air knives) at 100-120F: 30-60 seconds. Air Dry: 15-45 minutes depending on air circulation and temperature. CAUTION: This cure rate represents a slower rate than other Specature®
All solvent resistant films or Dual Cure Photo emulsions.
305 to 420 mesh are generally recommended.
70 to 80 durometer high quality squeegee material.
General screen wash products. Cudner W--110
Under general printing conditions SPG should not need modification. For special conditions and curing adjustments, refer to our list of modifiers and consult with our Technical Service Department.
