Coated paper, cardboard and hardboard. Many plastics, including selected vinyls, polystyrene and top coated polyester & coated metal.
SPM Series are UV curable screen printing inks that produce gloss finished prints. SPM is a single part system and is formulated to print straight from the can without modifications. Modifiers are available for special applications. SPCC 1000 Series concentrated system can be used with SPM 2050 extender base for mixing color and making stock color on demand.
SPM has a high gloss finish, excellent durable post print characteristics with good chemical resistance and flexibility. SPM has excellent screenability and curing rates. POP Display and in-store signage are SPM Series application feature usage.
SPM Series cures only with the use of UV output units and will not air dry or force dry by conventional heat applications.
305 to 420 mesh are generally recommended.
All solvent resistant films or Dual Cure Photo emulsions.
70 to 80 durometer high quality squeegee material.
General screen wash products. (Cudner W-110).
Under general printing conditions SPM will print without modification. For special conditions and curing adjustments, refer to our list of modifiers and consult with our Technical Service Department.
Average 2500 to 3000 sq.ft / gallon.
