CudnerCote blue
direct emulsion is a high solids formulation designed to
provide excellent resolution and stencil durability. Medium viscosity
range promotes proper filling and bridging of fine to coarse meshes and
minimizes light scattering. This is a reliable all around product,
comparing favorably in exposure time and general performance with
similar, higher priced emulsions.
Typical Exposure Times (in Seconds) Chart below shows typical exposure times reflecting the following parameters: Source: Metal Halide Lamp. Mesh: 160-260. Fabric: White. Coating Method: multiple coasts wet-on-wet to both sides of screen. Variation of these parameters will effect exposure time. Light sources such as carbon arc, pulsed xenon, mercury vapor and fluorescent tubes require different exposure times than those shown. All data given is approximate:
