PC Series inks offer several superior application advantages which include: high clarity transparent colors, delamination resistant, excellent flexibility, outstanding adhesion properties and is available in matte or gloss finishes.
PC Series inks are formulated to dry through solvent evaporation. The use of forced air drying equipment is recommended for best results. PC Series can air dry in 15 to 45 minutes with good air circulation. When forced air drying equipment is employed, be sure to allow for HIGH volumes of air to circulate. Recommended factors are 100 to 120F for 45 to 90 seconds with 3000 to 5000 cfm with air circulation and air knifes.
Screen mesh counts of 200 to 305 are recommended.
Direct photo emulsions, Capillary films and indirect photostencil films.
When printing conditions dictate the use of modifiers, either PC-3410 thinner or PC-3421 retarder is recommended to achieve desired printing viscosity.
General screen wash products. Cudner W-110 or Neptune/VOC free screen wash products.
PC Series ink coverage is estimated to be 1000 to 1300 sq.ft/gallon
