BEST SUBSTRATES Glass and metals, including mill finished, anodized aluminum and some powder coated surfaces. OPACITY  Good on most colors.  HEAT CURE Add Catalyst: Mix in 1/4 to 1/2%  by weight PTS-8050 Catalyst prior to production.  Ink will dry but will not provide proper chemical resistance and physical properties without catalyst. Shelf life after catalyzation is approximately 72 hours. Bake Dry: 300F for 10 minutes / 350 for 5 minutes. 400F for 4 minutes / Flash-off 30 seconds at 500F.  PTS Series will not air dry. Equipment: Batch oven with convection air or industrial conveyor dryer (Non-textile) are preferred. IR panels may provide sufficient cure if belt speed will accommodate parameters above. STENCILS Direct method or capillary films. SCREEN MESH 230 to 300+ polyester monofilament. SQUEEGEES All types, 60 to 80 durometer. MODIFIERS Reduce with PTS-8001. Retard with PTS-8021. Improve Flow with PTS-8020. Wash-up with PTS-8010. COVERAGE Approximately 1200-1500  Sq. Ft./Gallon.
