SUBSTRATES

SPG-4000 series has excellent adhesion to glass surfaces. This product is specifically formulated for decorative flat glass products only.

PRODUCT DATA

SPG-4000 series is used in the decorating application of gaming products, mirrors, indoor window and architectural glass.  SPCC-1000 series concentrate system can be used with SPG-4050 extender base for mixing color and making stock color on demand. (See SPCC-1000 Product Information Sheet)

CURE

SPG Series cures only with the use of UV output units and will not air dry or force dry by conventional heat applications. SPG-4000 cures at the rate of 20 to 30 fpm. CAUTION: This cure rate represents a slower rate than other Spectracure® products.

SCREEN MESH

305 to 390 mesh are generally recommended.

STENCILS

All solvent resistant films or Dual Cure Photo emulsions.

SQUEEGEE

70 to 80 durometer high quality squeegee material.

WASH-UP

General screen wash products (Cudner W-110).

MODIFIERS

Under general printing conditions SPCC will print without modification. For special conditions and curing adjustments, refer to our list of modifiers and consult with our Technical Service Department.
